Do I need an appointment to drop off?
Nope — just come by during shop hours, Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM. We'll tag your items and give you an honest ready-by time on the spot.
Do you really pick up and deliver?
Yes. Call (928) 854-7161 to schedule a pickup around Lake Havasu City — and if you're outside town (we've even run pickups for the Kingman area), ask and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach you.
What items can you take?
Everyday garments, suits and formalwear, delicates, comforters, duvets, bedding and linens — plus alterations and repairs done in-house. Got something unusual, like an heirloom or a badly stained keepsake? Bring it in and we'll look before you commit.
How fast will my order be ready?
It depends on the item and the finish it needs. We'd rather quote you a real time at the counter than promise a slogan — and if you're in a pinch for an event, tell us and we'll do our best to work with your date.
